Good advice. Same deal with shins and kneecaps vs the bar.

I have more or less resigned myself to intermittently but perpetually having deadlifting scuffs on my shins. It's my bar, and my protein, so I don't have a problem with that. If I ever go to a meet or something, I'll invest in a pair of tall, smooth socks
