Hey, it's been six weeks. Time to fire up the spreadsheet and take some grainy pictures!

As previously alluded to, I cook simply. This, for instance, was breakfast today: Hamburgers (ground beef w/ diced onion & seasonings) topped with finely-ground fresh salsa (White Diamond's "Hot," for the curious) sitting on some steamed broccoli, accompanied by a cup of tea with honey.
Action shot of dicing said onions, captured by
cassandrasimplx via Skype. Included as the "non-posed" body shot. Hey, I'm not dissatisfied! That's vaguely remarkable. :-)
As for the posed ones, because I am a creature of rich dichotomies (or maybe I'm just too unrepentantly suburban white male American), I did yoga while drinking tea and grilling said hamburgers at nine in the morning. Also,
cassandrasimplx thinks fit guys doing yoga is sexy, and I'm not a damn fool who would pass up an opportunity to let my girlfriend ogle me. ;-)

By the numbers, my waist (measured at the belly button) is down an inch, even though the scale hasn't changed. Legs are bigger, but my arms, when relaxed, are smaller (but bigger when flexed)... all signs, including the calipers, point towards less fat and more muscle, which is kind of the point of the exercise (*rimshot*).
