Yep. I actually reached out to my strength coach yesterday (it was his birthday) to let him know I'm interested in re-upping with him, and will be exploring my 1RM for bench, OHP, and deadlift so we have good and current numbers to work from. I also got some good form pointers from my lifting mentors (bathalamus and baobh) to correct my shortcomings.
Little stiff today, but that's due as much to the exertions as it is to spending a lot of time editing a manuscript in bed, where I have my legs rotated funny to serve as laptop support.
Also, after watching the 2nd, I had to go watch Holly Dolly's version (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=bN0EjE-9OEo)of the leek song.

Haha, I understand. [grin] I'm feeling it after the Parkour/martial arts seminar yesterday, which surprised me... I didn't think I would be. I am debating between CrossFit tonight and stretching/relaxing/hitting my local gym.
