UGH. A good half of my pullups were embarassingly weaksauce.
Splits were:
- 11:20 for the opening mile
- 24:50 at the end of the first half of the things (I was doing sets of 10/20/30)
- 38:45 at the end of things
- 51:44 for completion (so, 13:00 for the closing mile)
I say again: UGH.
I am really looking forward to seeing the new program Josh has in store for me.

Rather than do each thing discretely - all the pullups, then all the pushups, then all the squats - I chunked them up to try and take advantage of using other muscles to let the prime movers recover, but I still needed to take breathers, and... frankly, my pullups were an embarrassment by the end; crappy form, crappy ROM, singles and doubles, practically to the point where I'd have kipped if it hadn't caused my half-rack to lean alarmingly.
but, as you found when you did it - the squats were far and away the easiest part of this. My upper body has been sorely neglected with that squat cycle, so that's where my efforts are going to be focused over the next few months. because, damn. stupid arms. *kermit flail*
Cardio - so not my thing these days. GUH.
