Eighth Circuit Appeals Court ruling says police may seize cash from motorists even in the absence of any evidence that a crime has been committed. [link courtesy of my boss]
That right to bear arms to defend life, liberty, and property doesn't look like such a bad fucking idea anymore, does it?
