Anyone know a good premeditated manslaughter attorney?
Thank you for your follow-up note. Unfortunately, my situation has further deteriorated since our correspondence this morning.
Today, New Orleans was swept by severe thunderstorms, which resulted in several gallons of rainwater entering my car through the "temporary" plastic sheeting I had affixed some six weeks ago while awaiting the repair to my sunroof. As you can surely appreciate, I am currently both wet and furious, and do not expect to be very understanding if Mr. Dempsey offers excuses in lieu of resolution.
I hope it will not be necessary to replace any of the items damaged by the saturation of my car's interior, or the personal effects therein.
If at all possible, I would appreciate it if Audi could provide some kind of voucher for caring for the soaked interior of my car, and if a mileage allowance could be made (should it be necessary to seek repair resolution at one of the alternate facilities you mentioned), it would go a long way towards assuaging my current animosity towards Audi as a whole.
I believe I am correct in saying that my relationship with Crescent City Motors has been irreprably tarnished, and I will not be looking to use them for any future service needs, and absolutely WILL NOT CONSIDER purchasing a VW, Audi, or any other vehicle (new or used) from them without a dramatic turnaround in the level of service I have received up to this point.
One last thing you can do for me, of you would, is provide the contact information for the head of Audi's customer service department, as I would like to address my concerns to him or her directly.
Thank you.

Thank you for your reply.
We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the service you should have at one of our Audi dealership's. We will be sure to forward your comments on to the appropriate person for review.
In the meantime, here are a few other locations in the New Orleans, LA area:
We hope that one of these two dealerships can assist you with your requests.
If we can help in any other way, please write again.

Correspondence with Mr. Barbier (who, it turns out, is in the sales department) has been convivial, and he has indicated that he would remind Mr. Dempsey to address this situation. Thus far, that has not happened.

That's right, MY FUCKING CAR IS FULL OF WATER. At least Kim's parents' gifts, and those for her brother, were in the back seat and only caught a few drops. My portable CD player, on the other hand, was dead center in the deluge.

Re: To start with...
Anyhoo, Audi of America, Inc and Volkswagen of America, Inc are somewhat the samething apparently...ie: VW/Audi of America, Inc (can we say...OISH!!)
The number above and such has changed to (248) 340-5000. If you are like me and only deal with the little peeps for initial contact and then just jumped to the Top when you are pissed and need immediate resolution... Here's who you need to address your letter to: Gerd Klauss, President & CEO.
If you need anything else, a gaggle of pygmies with sharp pointy sticks, barbaric gnomes of doom, or Stef's headbutting squirrels....let me know..
*HUGE HUGS*
Re: To start with...
right now, I could go for a posse of strippers and a hefty bag. . . the latter to affix over the hole in my roof, the former to take my mind off of things afterward (or at least cavort distractingly while I do the patch work)
*sigh*
Re: To start with...
Ok...I'll send word to the Silver Slipper Saloon to ship a couple of strippers your way.....how about a topless bartender that lights her nipples on fire??? Just a suggestion....
