- Delt Triad - 15# - 12x each move (lateral raise, front raise, military press)
- Pull-Ups - Unweighted - 10/10 (overhand/underhand)
- Pull-Ups - Slow Negative - 1sec up, 20sec down - 3x

Good finish to the week, and talking shop with my current and former managers made the treadmill time go by quickly.
