My lower back's been bugging me -- vague, unspecified soreness, not really attributable to anything in particular (Too much chair time over the weekend? New medication? Deadlift fatigue? Some/None/All of the above? No idea).

[is this format good for folks? i still have no idea what i'm doing, as should be obvious.]
