Some eye candy for the ladies in my column at the geek fitness site today.
Did a bit of EDT, and EDT-like stuff today -- the former was my usual pullup/dip combo, the latter was alternating between the 100 Pushup and 200 Situp challenge sets with
critus.

EDT Session: 15 minutes, max reps
- Parallel-Grip Pullups & Wide-Grip Dips: 96 (PR) - This completely blew away my previous PR of 80 from a couple months ago.
- Treadmill - 15 minutes @ 3.7 mph, .5 degree incline
- Pushups - 46, 28, 46, 46, 45
- Situps - 21, 33, 24, 24, 110

Updated the Progress & Vanity (http://digitaldiscipline.wordpress.com/progress-and-vanity/) page with current shots. These will be the "before" pix for the VD3 program I start Monday.
And, yes, I'm aware of the two most obvious aspects depicted - my shitty photography skills and pelt.
