Yes, those are tootsie pops holding the dry ice above the air intakes on my watercooling radiator. Booyah! [spiffy, but not uber efficient - under 100% load, my cpu temp dropped from 102 to 94F, and all the way down to 85F at idle.]

About 10 years ago some friends and I were trying to cobble together a LOX-Kerosine rocket engine. Most of the cryogenic testing was done using liquid nitrogen. The relevents of this was that we discovered that not only is liquid nitrogen not terribly expensive, but it is remarkable easy to get once you find a place that sells it (could you fill this thermos up? cool, thanks). Down side, of course, is that it boils off all too quickly.

But I digress...
