Yep, after work was just like lunchtime:
- 2x15 Pullups
- 2x25 Pushups (feet elevated 18")
- Hip Flexor stretching
- Delt quads (lateral & front raises, rear flyes, Arnold press) - 12 reps @ 20#
- Glute Bridges - first set, 20 reps with both legs, second set, 12 reps on each leg
On the upside, no headache. A bit of dehydration, but that's why there's a water cooler, right?

I've been reduced to using water from the fountain in a kettle of questionable origin. It tastes like crap. Running it through a brita filter doesn't help any.
I'm whiney about it.
