50, windy, rainy. Heartburn the first mile, puked in a trash can 15 feet past the finish line.

Not one of my more stirring performances. First mile was approx 7:45, and it just went downhill from there.

Hi, yes, hello, um, like, I run 12 minute miles so quit beating yourself up over a great time. It's winter, we're all out of running shape anyway.

I've been running two or three times a week, though (the perks of "winter" in Florida). The weather yesterday was pretty much akin to what I was used to when I ran in HS/college (in Buffalo, in November).

I just finished 10.8 miles in Pennsylvania February and managed pathetic 15min/mile average. Cheer up!
