the radiology tech had me fan/tent my fingers on the table, pinkie side down, putting a bit more weight on the middke finger took it off the injured digit; that's probably where the slight hyperextension came from.

considering that i can't even button my shirt b/c of movement limitation from the temp splint, i can't hold a single weight. *laugh*

i'm not even sure i can put my vibrams on at this point, so i'll have to do roadwork in regular running shoes. at least i have a 10k to train for,
