I have been *trying* to put on muscle, and have only managed about 10# worth (I've lost 15# overall, but gone down ~9% bodyfat; my lean body mass has gone from ~140 to ~150).

I think I now eat less per day than what I ate in a single meal, back then.

Cardio's about all I work on these days since I don't lift regularly anymore. While I found it really really hard to bulk up and put on muscle, it also seems impossible to get super lean just by doing lots of cardio. I would have to seriously overhaul my eating habits too.
