[livejournal.com profile] etcet: "I took that during summer school when I was in 9th grade. I will macrame the fuck out of some pencil holders. If I show up with a five gallon bucket of water and a bunch of reeds, remember that you asked for it."

That is, more or less, verbatim.

It reminds me of how I harass my co workers. :D

I have also done underwater basket weaving. It's useful, at moments like that. [grin] If only I needed a pencil holder!

Interested in a body disposal workshop? I'm sure I can put one together for several grand. You'd have to supply your own bodies, tho ;) Highlighted methods would include the VitaMix Slurry! Great for fertilizing!

I still hate early-morning anything, but at least have a plan of attack - wake up too fucking early, scarf some protein and a cup of coffee, and just do it.

I think that an hour of fairly good cardio three times a week is getting things done in that regard (plus, it's probably sweating out all manner of crap); add to that the thrice-weekly running/intervals (training for the 5k next weekend) and 4x/week of barbell work, and things bloody well ought to be happening.

I'll ping you via email with some of the brain wank that's come of this (since I took the class mostly as a learning experience, not as much as a "lose ten pounds" exercise).
